Silk-screening ceramic is produced by transferring ceramic frit ink or glass enamel onto the surface of annealed  glass through a fine mesh screen stencil before the glass is tempered or heat strengthened. The glass enamel and ceramic frit is fired and fused onto the glass surface during the heat treatment process and becomes a permanent coating bond to the glass surface.It is waterproof,scratchproof and highly durable,its acid and moisture resistant features maintain colors for decades,so various color and graphic cannot be damaged or removed by cleaning or scrubbing etc.

 Silk-screened glass is an excellent way for architects and designers to create a subtle and bond new looks for architectural interior and exterior decoration, commercial facade and curtain wall installations.Silk-screened patterns and colors help to improve the overall performance of the glass by controlling light transmittance, reducing solar gain and glare, its aesthetic and performance characteristics are enhanced as well.
